At Jonathon Cloud Ltd, we are Inspired by Nature and are passionate about health and improving the health and wellbeing of our employees, family, friends and customers. However, we are not medical professionals. Our opinions on health, wellbeing and the benefits of consuming our delicious fermented drinks are based on our personal experiences and information diligently researched from public sources.
ORDERING:
By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
We accept payment by credit or debit card and paypal via the website. We do not accept cheques or cash. If you are unable to pay by card, please contact us and we can make arrangements for internet banking.
Payment must be received in full before any order can be dispatched to you.
DELIVERY and RETURNS:

CANCELLATIONS:
Non – Subscription Orders:
We run a swift Next Day Despatch service. Providing you notify us by email the day before your order is to be shipped (i.e. before we pack), you may cancel your order. Any refunds will be processed within 14 days or credit notes will be issued within two working days.
Subscription Orders:
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by following the online process, providing we are notified by Midday of the day before despatch, we will be able to cancel immediately.
If you wish to change the frequency of your subscription e.g. from fortnightly to weekly, you will need to cancel one subscription and set up an other.
Please note that we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but will always endeavour to give reasonable notice.
MAILING LIST:
You can unsubscribe to our mailing list at any point by following the link at the foot of each marketing email. You will be added to our mailing list when have ordered from us. We will only send you relevant marketing information about our products and our events.
